Saturday night a co-worker offered me a piece of chocolate. I chose the caramel. two bites later and my crown had come off. They had used temporary cement years ago because they thought I might need a root canal. It was so tight getting it one the dentist said that it might las that way for years. Well last night was the night. I had all kinds of worries like if it was so tight to get on, why had it come off? Hd I developed a cavity or something that would require a new crown? Or a implant? or...... . Dentist came in this afternoon (yes a Sunday) and looked at it; pronounced the tooth underneath fine and put the crown back on with permanent cement. Whew!!
